There is much to be said for relaxing by our pool and enjoying the fantastic scenery. However, it would be a pity to stay at our Exclusive Country Hotel without enjoying the activities offered or taking advantage of all the cultural sights all within an easy drive of Cortijo Puerto El Peral.
Horse riding, Sightseeing and Culture
We can organize for you a horse riding experience to remember on Andalucian horses, either in a group or separately. The Lakes at Ardales are an unmissable sight and you must experience what 800 years of Moorish influence has left behind in the cities of Granada, Cordoba, and Ronda. And we can point out to you many of the other fascinating aspects of Andalucia. |
| We were not the first guests nor will we be the last happy ones. We had the unique pleasure of enjoying the landlords/lady's company, the comfort of the house and the beauty of the environment for a fun week. Our discussions, Hetty's excellent cooking and Alan's early morning breakfast will stay with us as good memories, you made our stay a fabulous one. Festivals
The number of festivals and fiestas of Andalucia are to numerous to mention. However, it is very likely that during your stay with us there will be something going on somewhere. Of course the most famous are the Easter processions which, if you haven't already seen it is something that you should experience at least once.

If you are a Golf enthusiast you can also combine your stay with us with a game at the new, and spectacular, Antequera course. There are also several courses not too far from us on the coast. |
Rock climbing in El Torcal
For the rock climbers amongst you there are several interesting climbs in The Torcal, and what is fantastic about this is there are NO queues or crowds. There are also some challenging climbs at the Gorge of El Choro which is about 40 minutes from our hotel. |

We have already mentioned the major towns of interest in Andalucia but there are many and varied small towns and villages worth a visit, dependent at the length of your stay with us. |
